What information can I upload?At present the system does not provide users with the ability to upload specific documents, url's or other specific information. As such users need to provide the avatar with the information required to enable it to provide a response.

Why do users only get 15 minutes of time?Our platform allows users to interact with a 'live stream' avatar and the platform charges a fee for use of their system. As such payment of the fee covers the cost of operating the website, along with payment to the third party for usage. The third party dictates the cost of use and our fee (currently set at £4.99) covers the cost of using our site, along with an allocation of 15 minutes of live stream time on the third parties platform. As such whilst users can purchase more time if they choose, in increments of 15 minutes, each purchase is limited to 15 minutes of time and that time begins when a user interacts with the avatar. As such users should keep interactions short and ensure they log out of the page when they finish using the avatar to help avoid using their 15 minutes up as the avatar continues to use time until it is instructed to stop by the user logging out of the page.

Why do users have to be over 18 years old?In the UK, where the system was created, the legal age to be considered an adult is 18 years old and as such we've adopted that as a starting point. Anyone under this age should avoid using the system unless they are supervised and their use is authorised by someone over 18 years old.

What is a Virtual AvatarThe tutor is created using a 'live stream' platform that has access to Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help users practice for exams, interviews and other uses that users may need to prepare for. Like all AI systems it is not perfect and answers may not fully reflect questions that may actually arise in a particular use case e.g. the avatar is only providing general guidance and should not be relied upon in isolation so you should always fact check responses to ensure they are accurate for a users particular situation

Who has access to the information provided?As our platform uses a third party to provide responses, any information uploaded to the system is shared with that third party platform (along with any other platforms or others the third party may share it with). As such you should avoid uploading any information which is business sensitive, personal or could otherwise be used to cause harm to users or others who may come into contact with such information.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
